Super over priced equipment, techs don’t even know what they are doing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They are excellent, very thorough, and very professional!! I have them come twice/yr for our maintenance and they keep everything going great! One of our units broke yesterday & someone came out today(a sunday) and will be back tomorrow w/ parts! Cindy

Our first time using Hopkins although the prior owners of our new to us house had used them. Glad we saw the sticker and called them. They communicate clearly and reviewed the services in detail so we were fully informed. Gazi who came to service our A/C was also very communicative about what was needed and gave great advice. Very happy with with customer service as well as the services provided .
