Customer Service was professional and polite. Technician arrived early, was polite and professional, was knowledgeable about my issues, and repaired my A/C system within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the service.

We had a very pleasant experience with Hopkins AC, specifically Miguel, today - on a SUNDAY!!! They were so prompt and friendly and informative. We had been having problems with our primary system and our previous company had been to our house for 3 visits, with no solution provided. Miguel assessed the problem, provided numerous pictures and explanation )he took us to school) and we are delighted to have them repair our unit. He gave us options and the pros and cons of each proposal so that we could make an informed decision. We also agreed to the continuing service program and are relieved to have them on our team. Thanks so much!!!

I have a service contract with Hopkins. I have dealt with other HVAC companies in the past. Hopkins is by far the best. Miquel is the technician I do business with. He is available for questions, honest, pleasant and reliable.

Total life savers! We had an emergency leak and they were able to come and save us on a Saturday Night. Fair pricing and Jonathan was a great, professional and friendly technician!
