I have a service contract with Hopkins. I have dealt with other HVAC companies in the past. Hopkins is by far the best. Miquel is the technician I do business with. He is available for questions, honest, pleasant and reliable.

Gazi came to my home today for routine AC maintenance and I’d have him back every time. He tested the unit, cleaned and sanitized components with photos to show me afterward along with a verbal report. He went the extra mile to completely resolve what I mentioned as a possible concern. I truly appreciate the effort and demeanor Gazi brought to our place today. He had a great recommendation of installing UV system and presented the options with prices on the spot. Extremely happy with our appointment today and Hopkins overall for the last 2+ years.

Maintenance day at the townhouse. Gazi was the service tech today. As always, Gazi and all the techs are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Making the most of our annual service contract by servicing our system regularly has helped to keep repairs to a minimum.

Hopkins Air has always impressed me with their prompt, professional services. This is the second home I’ve hired Hopkins to install new air conditioning systems in and I highly recommend Hopkins Air. The technician, Zachary, was knowledgeable, pleasant, explained everything. Great service as usual
