The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and how they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.
