We recently had our AC unit replaced, and I can honestly say the experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent. They took the time to explain our options, pricing, and what would work best for our home without making us feel pressured. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and how they made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also walked us through how to use the new system and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest AC company, I would definitely recommend Hopkins. Hopkins Air was very quick to respond to a service call within 2 hours. Chad, the service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He found our problem quickly, and did a thorough check on our entire system to make sure it was cooling properly. I would highly recommend using Hopkins Air!
