Called to get an estimate on a bad compressor under warranty. They stated they needed to come out and check it. No problem. They were out at the house in great time. After paying $130 the technician gave me an estimate of $1900 for labor to replace it! I told them that the part was under warranty and surely they included the part in the estimate. Nope. So $2400 including the compressor to replace it??? I could literally get a new unit for that price! I priced it out with a competitor and he fixed it for $500. Totally wasted $130. Complete joke.

Have always had a great experience with Hopkins, their staff is very professional, always on time and provide detailed explanation as to what work they performed on the A/C system. Also wanted to mention Brittany (office assistant), who is very professional, friendly and on top of things. She is a pleasure to talk with on the phone and will remind you of upcoming appointments and if you for some reason forgot to schedule them. Great work!
