I am so appreciative for the professionalism and attention to detail of the technician who came out to my home last week. Ralph was clearly passionate about his employer, his craft and customer service. He took the time to teach me how to properly care for this critically machinery and he was thoughtful about walking me through the important details of maintaining a service contract. Thanks so much for taking such care to hire great employers and for your commitment to their ongoing training and success.

Hopkins A/C does not honor the quotes it gives. It changed a written quote given on 11/30/23 by phoning one day later and asking for a $700 increase to the agreement. They did not even do the semi-annual work for which they were already paid. The a/c filter was not changed as it was supposed to be. Beware if you consider doing business with Hopkins A/C.
