I could not be more impressed & thankful to have found Hopkins Air. After having a 3 year nightmare experience with my previous AC company, I decided to try Hopkins Air. What first appealed to me was the weekend availability & flexibility. After booking my appointment I did some further research on the company & saw many glowing reviews, so I had high hopes for my visit. I’m happy to say my appointment exceeded my expectations. Hopkins Air made me feel comfortable & taken care of. They thoroughly explained the issues with my unit, pointed out things to keep an eye on- they even suggested changes & repairs that could be made to make my unit run better. They were very upfront about pricing & did not try to upsell me or push products on me I did not need. They have a great maintenance plan which I happily signed up for. My AC unit & my old AC company have been a source of anxiety for me since the install, almost 3 years ago. Today, my visit with Hopkins Air not only calmed my anxiety, it also made me hopeful that going forward my AC trouble are finally behind me.
