Xavier serviced our air conditioning unit this morning. Of all the different servicemen who have come to our home Xavier was the most thorough and professional by far. He thoroughly explained what he did and the condition of the various parts that he serviced. We would like to request, if possible, Xavier be assigned to service our unit in the future. Today, a new technician came to do scheduled maintenance on my AC. Matthew is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I felt very comfortable with him because he is kind, polite and trustworthy. It has always been a pleasant experience to use Hopkins but today they really exceeded my expectations.

Gazi, the service tech, provided outstanding customer service. It seems that the entire company goes above and beyond to meet the customer expectation. Highly recommend their services if you’re ever in the need for AC maintenance repair or installation.

Just started with them. Intially some hiccups. They bought out our old vendor No notifications by either party. Service fell through the cracks They should have reached out to let us know. Also double billed an item. Otherwise they came out immediately and have been very good at communicating. Job still in progress
