They are all great to work with - from scheduling (and re-scheduling on my part) to the technicians - everyone is professional and courteous. They will ensure that you're happy with their work. Having a maintenance agreement with Hopkins is a great investment.

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. I used 2 other HVAC companies before I finally called Lennox the manufacturer and asked for their recommendation in my area and I've been a happy Hopkins customer ever since. I love my tech Xavier and they always successfully schedule him for my twice yearly service. Always clean, personable, respectful, organized, and great with my dogs and cats!
