Not only did he swoop in like a superhero in a tool belt, but he also managed to turn my home from a tropical jungle back into a cozy igloo. ❄️ I swear, when he showed up, it was like he brought a mini Arctic blast with him. I half-expected polar bears to start wandering around! Gerardo not only fixed my AC; he also cracked jokes that were cooler than the air he was pumping out. Who knew an AC technician could be so entertaining? So, if you want your home to feel like the North Pole (minus the elves and the sleigh), or if you just need a good laugh while your AC gets a makeover, I wholeheartedly recommend Gerardo. I am so appreciative for the professionalism and attention to detail of the technician who came out to my home last week. Ralph was clearly passionate about his employer, his craft and customer service. He took the time to teach me how to properly care for this critically machinery and he was thoughtful about walking me through the important details of maintaining a service contract. Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.
