So glad our neighbor referred us to Hopkins AC when our ac compressor died . They were professional, courteous, competitively priced, and overall did a great job. We were so impressed with their customer service we are now on year two of maintenance contracts with them. They continue to provide great service- I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an AC company!

Hopkins Air Conditioning is a place you’d dream of doing business with. First and foremost getting an appointment with the company was a very easy and swift process thanks to Monica. As a customer service representative myself, I find it extremely important to leave a review when I experience great customer service. I’d describe this experience as superb. She was cheerful, friendly and very happy to help throughout our entire call. She was knowledgeable about the company and was sure to get me in somewhere on the schedule. Monica is the kind of employee you’d want at the forefront of your company. I was blown away by her friendliness and urgency to help get a technician out. I’ve even referred my aunt to have her unit checked out by them. Thank you Monica and thank you Hopkins.

After an extensive research of different companies in the area, the final choice was Hopkins Air Conditioning. Now, after the old system was replaced and our new system has been installed, we are very happy that Hopkins was our choice, and this is why: 1. Every time you call them, you talk to a friendly person not an answering machine, and they immediately take care of the problem. 2. They arrive on time, and give you a ten minutes warning when they are in the area. 3. They listen to your concerns, and they are patient and flexible. 4. They have good ideas and give good advice.They are very knowledgeable. 5.They are considerate. They set paper on the floor, or wear shoe covers inside the house, they clean up after they are done. 6. They work very hard and get the job properly done, even if that means, not cutting corners or taking the easiest way out They stay until they are sure the system is working properly, even if they had to work after hours. 7. They have good work ethics, and they certainly go the extra mile.They all seem happy to be working there.
