We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours. Hopkins definitely hires the best of the best, and Zach is certainly in that category. Thank you Zach for your great work and thank you Hopkins Air for having people like Zach to help us stay cool and comfy 🥳

Repairman wouldn't assist me in moving my washing machine so he could access my AC unit, told me I had to reschedule. Then when I called back to reschedule, I got their automated service to set the new appointment. Called back the morning of to confirm the appointment, got the automated service again and it confirmed my appointment. Then with only 30 minutes left in the appointment window, I call back and speak to person and they tell me there is no appointment.

We had a flood of water pour into our AC unit from the unit above us. Hopkins AC came over just after 8 am to take out he unit so we could have new drywall installed inside the AC unit. They return tomorrow to reinstall the unit along with new drip pan that got rusted from water.
