We had a very pleasant experience with Hopkins AC, specifically Miguel, today - on a SUNDAY!!! They were so prompt and friendly and informative. We had been having problems with our primary system and our previous company had been to our house for 3 visits, with no solution provided. Miguel assessed the problem, provided numerous pictures and explanation )he took us to school) and we are delighted to have them repair our unit. He gave us options and the pros and cons of each proposal so that we could make an informed decision. We also agreed to the continuing service program and are relieved to have them on our team.
