What a great company, they came out immediately the same day. I worked with John and he took the time to explain everything to me. He did diagnostics and showed me the results. I felt he was totally honest about my aging AC problems Im going to have them install a new unit. Id recommend them to anyone.

LIFESAVER. Our AC went out in the middle of a very hot Florida day, we have a little one so finding something quickly was extra important. David arrived a few hours after our call and promptly got our AC back up and running! We had called a few other AC companies before we were recommended this one and had been scheduled days out, so we were relieved to be fit in so promptly to their schedule. Glad to have a Go-to quality AC company!

Her professionalism shined even when I didn’t communicate clearly exactly what I needed. She continued to ask all of the right questions until we got to a solution.

Extremely quick response time and loved that I was able to book online & have a tech out in less than 3 hours (at 9pm at night mind you). Aaron, my technician, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Original quote was extremely high but was able to haggle it down to a still high but more manageable price (ended up paying about half of the original quote to get an idea of the crazy industry markup). Due to pricing & push for ongoing maintenance agreement from the office, it felt more like a 4 star experience but I felt Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services by the end. Would recommend but make sure they keep there pricing in check.
