I sent a message through the website since it was after they were closed for the day. I received a call back within minutes and a tech arrived an hour after that! The entire repair experience was like this. Excellent communication. Incredible responsiveness. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I knew very quickly that Hopkins was the right choice!

Donat the Technician was very thorough and explained patiently all the checking he was doing. He found a potential problem that could prevent my air conditioner from working ; a contact that was almost burned out.

Just had my ac updated.Hopkins came checked out my old unit which was 25 years old. Needed a fan motor which they said cast $1000. Not worth fixing. Gave me some options, they offered financing for 18 months at 0% no down payments. Which worked for me. I Ask them when can they install it. They said next day. Which they did. They were her next day at 8am and done by 12pm. Did a professional job, and cleaned after themselves. . BUT! Did not informed me that I should get UV lights. Which know I have mildew and have to spend a additional $500 to install them. Lack of information. Should have been told up front..
