I put in a call at around 2:30pm in hoping to have someone over and check my AC. Sure enough Hopkins is able to accommodate my request. Chase managed to come earlier than scheduled. He is professional, knowledgeable, good communicator and efficient. He is able to isolate the area where the problem could be based on what I described and experienced. Excellent services and great guy. I will not be hesitate to use Hopkins and with full confident in its stuffs. Thank you.

I happy with the service provided by Hopkins. My AC was repaired within just a few hours after my initial call to Hopkins. However, the cost charged for the replacement contactor and capacitor were, based on what I can find, both beyond the maximums of what I should have paid for these parts. They did, however, provide a discount which did offset the overall cost of this repair, bringing the resulting total cost down to an expected maximum cost one should pay for such a repair.

Sophia was terrific! Went out of the way to take care of what was necessary to get the place cool again.

Need to share such amazing customer service and professionalism. I had Aztil Air install a new HVAC system in 2020 and since has been a nightmare with issues - I called Hopkins out of a dire need for heat in my house as I haven’t had any for 2 weeks due to Aztil. Hopkins sent me today their tech Ervine. He was so understanding of the situation did complete overview and thorough explanation of the situation currently with the heating side of this unit. He by far is one of the nicest techs I have worked with in South Florida. Due to his attentiveness and professionalism I became a new customer with Hopkins Air.
