I had a great experience with Hopkins Air. Miguel was very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment. He took his time to talk through my options. When it came to the install of the new system it was done professionally. They made sure the house was up and running that day. Even through the rain and in the dark they stayed to compete the work.

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner.
