Have used them for years and normally very happy. They service my condo twice a year. Was disappointed that we had a condensate line leak. They should have serviced our unit earlier but scheduled us 8 months apart. I felt that the cost of the repair was very high. The service is always prompt and they do a good job

Sternley was very professional, great personality, and a very great tech. He was very thorough and educated me, he explained everything to me in a way I understand, now I feel like I know a lot more now about my AC unit. Will recommend him 5 out 5.
