Great experience with Hopkins! I was a new customer they provided a very rapid response, answered all questions, and really address all customer needs. My home needed new AC ductwork and during the work they will provide standing units to keep the house cool during the time the house AC must be turned off for the repair. They also provided installment payment information including a no interest option! Hopkins gets an A+++ rating form me.

I called Hopkins AC Service because my AC wasn't cooling, even though it was supposedly fixed by another service company who failed me miserably. John, a technician from Hopkins came the same day I called, and diagnosed the problem, at all time explaining everything to me and my husband. We could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and we were confident that he would get the job done right. The following day Doug and Xavier came and got the job done, they even set us up with portable ACs while they worked so that we could be comfortable and cool. Now my AC is working perfectly well.
