I just had a/c maintenance this morning and Gazi did a great job he was very educated with what is needed for my a/c unit and gave me all additional information this is my first time meeting him and he was super cool and really nice

After receiving a quote of over 1,000 from another AC company and them stating that it might not fix the problem and would most likely need a 7K new system I was in tears. Then Lou from Hopkins Air came and fixed it for under 500, and let me know that the system was in almost perfect order. THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPKINS!!! and Lou. Your free second opinion saved me and you have earned two customers for life. My sister will be calling you soon.

I don’t like that. they’re always trying to upsell whenever they perform any service. It’s a real turn off and I’ll be looking for a different option soon.

Miguel was great. Very thorough and professional. Please make sure he services me every time. Kept the charges to a minimum. I would highly recommend Hopkins as the best AC company I have ever worked with.
