May 27, 2024 · review of Hopkins Air Conditioning

There was an issue with my scheduled service this weekend and the owner addressed the issue but refunding me the entire amount paid. I offered to pay for the service call out fee but he insisted due to the inconvenience he refunded the entire. Thanks for being an up standing person and doing the right thing. I will continue to do business with this company as one experience cannot cancel out the rest of the great service received. Thank you.

Words don't adequately describe just how delighted we were with the service provided by Louis from Hopkins Air Conditioning; this company is amazing!! We have used them for scheduled maintenance on our hvac system,and most recently to install a brand new system in our townhome. John Johnston negotiated a very fair price,and provided us with his direct cell number in the event there were any issues during the install. Upon calling him throughout the process,and after the fact,he was very caring and responsive. I would recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning to anyone seeking any type of hvac service. Miguel did an excellent job on AC maintenance. We have a mini split and a Typical whole home AC. He worked hard and showed me what the results were of the maintenance. Other maintenance companies I have used come in and barely do anything and then try to upsell you unnecessarily. None of that with Hopkins. I highly recommend
