Really appreciated Ervine fixing our AC on a Sunday. Really nice guy and took care of everything!

This was my first time having an AC issue in my house and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I called Hopkins Air Conditioning in the morning and they sent Scott Goodbread to take a look the same day. Scott is great! He quickly assessed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done. He took care of everything quickly and was very friendly. He had expert knowledge, which made me feel great about the service I received. I got the yearly maintenance plan so that the unit doesn't have any more issues. Thanks, Scott! Edit: It's a year later, and I have had some additional issues with my AC unit. Thankfully, Hopkins has remained responsive and helpful. There was some miscommunication about the work to be done, but Hopkins cleared it up and gave me a discount which really displayed their integrity and honesty in their business dealings, and I commend them for that! Great company to work with!

Love at first sight! I had high expectations because of the first interaction and honestly because of the reviews. They totally exceeded our expectations. - impeccable, proactive and effective communication both from the office and with the technician - problem solving attitude. They spot a problem area and fixed it. Something that should have totally fixed by the previous A/C company - on time, respectful and genuinely excellent to interact with. The technician took the time to educate me on the issue at hand and provide a novel solution too. Bottom line: they are simply excellent all around!

My A/C technician was John who was more than courteous to us. He was very professional and informative as we asked questions about our problem. Our home was treated with respect by him as he was very attentive in maintaining workspace cleanliness. Your company is very fortunate to have a technician like him.
