Extremely quick response time and loved that I was able to book online & have a tech out in less than 3 hours (at 9pm at night mind you). Aaron, my technician, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Original quote was extremely high but was able to haggle it down to a still high but more manageable price (ended up paying about half of the original quote to get an idea of the crazy industry markup). Due to pricing & push for ongoing maintenance agreement from the office, it felt more like a 4 star experience but I felt Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services by the end. Would recommend but make sure they keep there pricing in check.

Chuck and Aaron did a fantastic job! They were able to come out first thing the following morning after my AC shut down, and fixed the problem quickly. They also identified other issues with my AC system and explained the issues thoroughly. Highly recommend!

My air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 3pm Sunday afternoon. I called Hopkins (and several other companies) but Hopkins was the only company who answered and were able to get a repairman (Aaron who was FANTASTIC) to respond within 2 hrs. Aaron was polite, professional, friendly and I appreciated that he told me what to do to prevent future ac issues and also gave me information on how I could make my AC work more efficiently. Aaron my technician was Awesome.!!!! I will never use any other A/C company mainly because of Aaron. To show up on the 4th of July and to be so professional, and so patient was just refreshing. He showed up on time, actually arrived a little early, but text me to let me know where he was in route and when he would arrive. Aaron is truly an expert in his field, in every sense of the word. He made suggestions and great recommendations on what our next steps should be.
