I had the pleasure of working with Hopkins for an AC repair. Patrick was the technician and showed nothing but absolute professionalism. My AC was repaired quickly and for a price I felt was reasonable. I will definitely be referring this company in the future and always using them for future repairs. 5 stars!

Gazi was AMAZING. Fully inspected our full system, including the outdoor unit on the roof of my townhouse. He fully serviced the entire unit, alerted me to possible problems with the system and implemented solutions that make me feel confident that the life of our system has been extended as much as possible. He also informed me of the replacement cost down the road so that I may budget accordingly for the future and manage my long term expectations. Best yet, he alerted me to the fact that my UV light was not functioning and, since it was still under warranty and although it was installed by another company, offered to provide a new unit and just charge for installation. This is how a company SHOULD treat new customers. Work with you and not look at us like a piggy bank. I could not be happier with the level of service or courtesy. I highly recommend them. 👍

After an extensive research of different companies in the area, the final choice was Hopkins Air Conditioning. Now, after the old system was replaced and our new system has been installed, we are very happy that Hopkins was our choice, and this is why: 1. Every time you call them, you talk to a friendly person not an answering machine, and they immediately take care of the problem. 2. They arrive on time, and give you a ten minutes warning when they are in the area. 3. They listen to your concerns, and they are patient and flexible. 4. They have good ideas and give good advice.They are very knowledgeable. 5.They are considerate. They set paper on the floor, or wear shoe covers inside the house, they clean up after they are done. 6. They work very hard and get the job properly done, even if that means, not cutting corners or taking the easiest way out They stay until they are sure the system is working properly, even if they had to work after hours. 7. They have good work ethics, and they certainly go the extra mile.They all seem happy to be working there. Big Thanks to Scott, Brian, Ryan, Rene, Jamie, and Penuel, for going above and beyond We would highly recommend Hopkins!
