Sternley was personable and helpful! We haven’t had any issues since it was installed a couple years ago. We appreciate having the maintenance contract, as it helps keep our new system working well, and we know it is in good hands.

Definitely have been and will continue recommending this company to all My family and friends. The service was prompt, and amazing. The customer service was outstanding. Ms.Christie I believe her name is was just so sweet and pleasant she made the appointment process easy and was able to accommodate all My needs.

Switched from another servicer who apparently stopped working on the weekends. Called Hopkins they were here her on-time and got the job done right. I just signed up on their annual maintenance plan I liked them so much. Highly recommend.
