Ms.Christie I believe her name is was just so sweet and pleasant she made the appointment process easy and was able to accommodate all My needs.

Hopkins has always been our go to for HVAC needs, but I want to take a second to say that not only is there service always top notch, but it the the employees and servicemen that make the experience even better. Today I called at 8 am and by 930 John was at my door. John was professional, took the time to educate me and made me feel like a valued customer. John was over the top and really enjoyed him coming out today. Thanks to Hopkins and thanks to John!!
