We had a very pleasant experience with Hopkins AC, specifically Miguel, today - on a SUNDAY!!! They were so prompt and friendly and informative. We had been having problems with our primary system and our previous company had been to our house for 3 visits, with no solution provided. Miguel assessed the problem, provided numerous pictures and explanation )he took us to school) and we are delighted to have them repair our unit. He gave us options and the pros and cons of each proposal so that we could make an informed decision. We also agreed to the continuing service program and are relieved to have them on our team. Customer Service was professional and polite. Technician arrived early, was polite and professional, was knowledgeable about my issues, and repaired my A/C system within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the service.

The technician tried to rip off my grandmother and charge her $525 to unclog a drain line on a brand new less than a year old Lennox AC unit then they brought it down to 300 after I left a one-star review. Then I was told by Chuck if I removed my bad review they would honor a free service with no charge to unclog the drain but would never come to her property again. I feel the need to be honest about my experience so others know what they're dealing with choosing Hopkins air conditioning
