Called Rich on a Sunday and he arranged for David to be here on Monday. Unfortunately the unit needs to be replaced. They worked out the details and should only be without air for a couple of days. They also offered to bring in a portable unit if I wanted.

Gazi from John from Hopkins Air was thorough, kind, and explained everything in detail. It is rare to find people these days who do their work well and with such a positive attitude. We will always welcome Gazi to help us with our AC!

We had a service call at our home today. The technician was on-time and completed the inspection quickly. Thank you again for your consistent quick response. The mission was completed to my satisfaction.

Hopkins Air did a very professional job. I called them on a Saturday night, and they came within the hour. The news were not good (I needed new unit). The guys who came to do the installation two days later, were super professional and did a very clean job. They placed protective paper on my area rugs and the carpet upstairs. When they left they cleaned after themselves. Communication was also professional. There was always someone (a real person) to answer the phone, and if they said they were going to call me back, they actually did. In short, I am very pleased with my experience with Hopkins Air.
