On time, friendly, did a great job of taking care of my capacitor repair on a hot Florida Sunday afternoon. He came within an hour of my calling. Polite, efficient, and fast repair.

Called them to give an estimate on repairing my father's air handler, was quoted 8000 with discount 7400 to replace blower motor and evaporator coil. Only problem was a leak at the coil, called another company and was fixed up and running for $450.

Mr. Corley, Our Service Manager tried to reach out to your father to clear up the confusion. We went out for a maintenance and your father has 3 units at his property. During that maintenance he gave him some recommendations of possible issues moving forward. There was no issue with the units just potential issues to bring to his attention to maximize the life of his units. We apologize for any miscommunication.

Gazi did my unit maintenance service today, and he was on time, professional, very thorough, and friendly. He inspected everything and explained what he was doing so I could understand and see what was being done. He made suggestions for future service and I feel he was honest and helpful. I have been a customer for a couple of years and I’m happy with their service.

$714 for labor to replace a part that was under warranty. Took the service guy 45 mins from start to finish. Don’t mind paying for service but seems a little extreme. Also still havn’t closed out the permit for a split air conditioner that was installed over 6 months ago. Btw we had to walk inspection with inspected as the service guy had to go to another call.
