John and Andre were able to diagnose the problems I was experiencing with my air conditioner. I previously used 2 other companies who overcharged and did not address or repair my unit. I was so impressed by the way these fellows conducted the service call that I have now signed a maintenance contract . Highly recommend Hopkins.

Update #2, they told me they installed a 3 ton which was same size as last unit, however they installed a 3.5 ton and the vents/ducts need to be rebuilt before and after of my ceiling getting a new AC from this place I had an inspection done in May before i moved in. New AC Installed in July and now i need a new ceiling and new ducts. Called to ask for help, one lady yelled at me and told me it's my fault for signing off on the work, another guy tell me why do you think it's our fault, you're on your own. Never once did i hear, we can send someone to check it out or sorry this is happening, let's see what we can do. Just had 2 people talk over me blaming me for this. Last person who lived here had an ac run for 20 years and there was never mold, so obviously the new AC unit is just a big coincidence They got their money and now they're playing victim on the review. The pictures speak for themselves and i added more Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find professionals who can undo all the damage. Thanks

Mr. Graham, We installed your new unit in August. You dragged out trying to pay us for weeks after the install and you told us numerous times that you had no issues with our install. In fact our changeout permit passed all City of Boynton Beach codes of compliance. You then call our office today and accuse us of some issues with your ductwork that we did not even touch. Remember, we hooked up your new system to your existing ductwork. Based off your pictures I do not see any confirmation of your claim that the new unit blew out your ducts? I was more than happy to discuss your claims professionally but you have insisted to berate and talk over my Install Coordinator as well as my Install Manager as they were attempting to professionally address and correct the misinformation you received. I will not allow any of my staff to be cussed at and talked over in the manner you displayed. When you are ready to listen and talk in a respectful manner feel free to reach out.

Here’s another great experience I have had with Hopkins Air. Gazi, the service advisor, gave me exceptional service on my AC maintenance. Gazi performed all the inspections of my AC inside and out. He took photos of what work he did and provided detailed information about each task and recommendations. This company has excellent reviews because they actually do the work other companies don’t. They don’t just come and do a visual inspection and test the compressor. Hopkins does a detailed inspection on all aspects of your AC unit and show you photos of all the inspections, complete cleaning of drains, coils and compressor, test for ductwork leaks and many more things that most companies charge you for but don’t do quality work. I have used many companies over the years and Hopkins has been the best.

I had another company come out and eval my noisy unit. They said everything was fine . . . 12 hours later it was leaking all over my floor. I called Hopkins and they were out to look the next day, extremely communicative as this is a rental property and I was not at the home when they were working on it, and fixed the problem on the spot! I cant say enough good things about this company.
