Top notch company and team.... Field Supervisor John knows his stuff ...... Miguel always knowledgeable and professional... Office staff always friendly and accommodating (Kathy & Joyce are only names I can recall right now). Brien w install crew (Ryan) has a great team ....

Gazi, Logan and the guys who did our installation were amazing. All very professional and took time to explain our options. We ended up needing a new unit. It was installed promptly and the service was great. Everyone was amazing and very helpful. Thank you!

Hopkins has always been our go to for HVAC needs, but I want to take a second to say that not only is there service always top notch, but it the the employees and servicemen that make the experience even better. Today I called at 8 am and by 930 John was at my door. John was professional, took the time to educate me and made me feel like a valued customer. John was over the top and really enjoyed him coming out today. Thanks to Hopkins and thanks to John!!
