We are happy with the work performed for us by Hopkins Air Conditioning. The work was completed early and within the time frame proposed. They answered all of our questions and we above and beyond to resolve our issues. They cleaned up when they were finished which was appreciated. Chad, Gabe and Xavier were all great! I would recommend and use them again.

My wife and I were tired of paying huge electric bills. We had FPL did an in home energy review. The culprit was our A/C. We decided to convert to mini splits and zone the house. Chad came out and measured our home and gave us an estimate. The job was completed in a short amount of time and was perfect. The guys Gabe and crew were neat, courteous and respectful. Joyce kept us informed and up to speed!! Very pleased and so is our wallet. Highly recommend Hopkins!!

We hired Hopkins to install a new HVAC system in an older first floor condo. It was not a simple job. Gabe the young man who did the installation was very efficient and showed great integrity. After the first day we were not real happy about some of the look of the wires. The next morning Gabe came in and said he could not sleep because he was not happy with the looks and proceeded to make everything look fantastic. He communicated with us on every step and we felt he really had our best interest at heart. Great employee. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the helper who was supposed to do the sheet rock work after removing the old air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing. They need to hire the finish work to pros like Gabe.

Eleven+ years ago I purchased my Lennox AC form Hopkins, they came every 6 moths for check ups and service. When it was time for a new one, I called Hopkins again. Phil did a great job explaining my replacement AC options, features and pricing. The new AC install was a breeze, Andre and Gabe did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable about the system and explained how the thermostat app worked. They added new duct work to keep my office cooler, they covered the closet with plastic to prevent attic dust from getting on our clothes and floor and kept the house clean. Great family company - efficient and easy to work with!

While it’s never pleasant to have an A/C problem in Florida, I must highly compliment Hopkins AC for their responsiveness and expertise in repairing the system. Gabe and Andre were very professional and knowledgeable. Equally as important, they took the time to fully explain the work that was done and suggest best practices going forward.

All at Hopkins were excellent. John arrived earlier than scheduled after calling to verify it was ok to arrive early. John did a great job of accessing our issue. In the long run, we needed a new system. John made sure we got what we needed without overkill. The next day, Gabe and his partner arrived promptly in the morning to install our new system. Everything went smooth with the install. They re-installed our peculiar ceiling without an issue and left everything impeccable. Hopkins AC is a great company to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new system.
