David and Miguel were awesome…. These guys were on time, courteous and professional.

Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.

Miguel did a great job with Installation of new blowers. He actually arrived early after calling to see if it was OK. He was efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Have been using Hopkins for 3+ yrs. Needed repair on an AC unit. Miguel diagnosed the problem on the first visit. A part had to be ordered but he was able to temporarily adjust the unit so we could have air on demand. When the part came in, he was able to install it easily and get us back up and running in a normal fashion. Miguel was fantastic. He arrived promptly, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the process. We highly recommend Hopkins and look forward to working with Miguel again.

Miguel, HVAC Tech, was extremely thorough. He displayed an expertise that surpassed the two other technical opinions received from a different AC company. The other company was unable to diagnose my problem. Miguel went through the entire system and detected a refrigerant leak which was the source of the sweet smell that was emitted by my AC system. I will be doing business with Hopkins, when replacing my system in the near future. Thank you for your help!

Miguel, the technician was very detailed oriented, respectful and professional, very pleased with his service. It gives me peace of mind that Hopkins A/C comes and do the maintenance of my A/C unit twice a year.

Miguel, was very professional, thorough, courteous and honest with his inspection of our AC unit. Although the overall analysis of the unit wasn't very good, because of age. The photographs he took of the unit seemed very accurate. He did offer alternatives for me to look into in the near future. Which was greatly appreciated. Our AC went off and we didn't expect to get Miguel to be able to get here today. However, Hopkins AC did get us on the schedule and Miguel arrived as scheduled, serviced our AC and it is back up and running smoothly. Five stars for Miguel again!!

Miguel did an excellent job on AC maintenance. We have a mini split and a Typical whole home AC. He worked hard and showed me what the results were of the maintenance. Other maintenance companies I have used come in and barely do anything and then try to upsell you unnecessarily. None of that with Hopkins. I highly recommend

We had a very pleasant experience with Hopkins AC, specifically Miguel, today - on a SUNDAY!!! They were so prompt and friendly and informative. We had been having problems with our primary system and our previous company had been to our house for 3 visits, with no solution provided. Miguel assessed the problem, provided numerous pictures and explanation )he took us to school) and we are delighted to have them repair our unit. He gave us options and the pros and cons of each proposal so that we could make an informed decision. We also agreed to the continuing service program and are relieved to have them on our team. Hopkins Air responded within 90 minutes of our service call on a Saturday. Had our unit up and running in 2 plus hours! Highly recommend them and our technician Miguel.

Introduced me and showed all the different situations that was with my air conditioning showed me what is supposed to be and what’s not supposed to be also showed me all the dirt and rust and Mold that’s inside was very considerate about giving me information that I needed as in the different values of which way to go to repair or to do further applications and to have my air conditioning to keep going it was very nice experience Thank you again

My AC stopped working all of a sudden on a Friday evening. Googled local service providers and Hopkins had phenomenal reviews, so I gave them a call. A skilled technician (Dave) was able to make it to the house in just a few hours and had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Communication throughout the whole process was great and left nothing to be desired. AC is an absolute requirement in South FL, so it was nice to see a local company exceeding expectations. I concur with all the other positive reviews, and highly recommend Hopkins. Dave was great as well. Updated 8/2024 Needed another unexpected service call due to an aging system. Miguel came out late into the evening, and was very polite, proficient, and skilled. After several tests, Miguel figured out the issue, fixed it, and presented the best course of action going forward. I was happy with Miguel's service and with Hopkins in general. I'll continue to patronize them and recommend them to anyone needing AC help. -- Gerry and Scott came out today to replace a compressor that wasn't working. They were prompt and very amiable. Great communication throughout the process and finished the job quickly. They confirmed everything was working well and showed me. Cleaned everything up and left my house cooling nicely. Hopkins has been amazing since I've started with them.

Miguel was professional... Knowledgeable... Patient and honest....He took his time to do maintenance on our unit..... And verified it was in good working order.... Checked the vents.... And cleaned the external unit.... Overall we were extremely happy with the service call... He did a Great job!!!! Our AC unit finally started dying on us.... They were out the next day to replace.... It was done the same day... We slept with icicles on our faces that night 😁 Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Hopkins Air. Miguel was very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment. He took his time to talk through my options. When it came to the install of the new system it was done professionally. They made sure the house was up and running that day. Even through the rain and in the dark they stayed to compete the work.

Cleaned out drain system, cleaned coil. Checked entire AC system. Miguel 3, my AC Tech arrived on time and provided a complete and thorough semi-annual maintenance on my AC unit. I was at work but my neighbor let him in and then left. He's been my tech for so long that i thoroughly trust him. He even changed my air filter for me!. I am very happy that I have a service contract with Hopkins and will continue with them.

Great customer service! A/c broke in the middle of the night so left a message in the early morning hours. Received a call a soon as the office opened and the technician was at my house before lunch. Miguel was able to diagnose and repair the issue, clearly explaining everything along the way. I would definitely use Hopkins again and would not hesitate to refer a friend.

We had our AC go out because our our drip pan was full. Xavier came out to us about an hour after our call to Hopkins AC. the drain was cleaned and the technician told us how to care for the drip pan issue. Very professional and will use them again. 9/18/2023 Today was just a regular service call. I found Tino to be a technician that Hopkins should feel very satisfied with because i was. I even allowed him to sell me another mold prevention box that is to be much better than the mold light that was sold to me by a previous company. Although i was really sold by Hopkins because the first technician told me i would not have to deal with anyone else but him, and I now am on my 3rd technician in 2 years, I believe the technicians sent to me have been head and shoulders above the air conditioning companies that do the most advertising on TV, I really did not like those guys and I have now found a company that I can rely on. Thank you Hopkins A/C. P.S. The Hopkins technician assured me that the most expensive box that was installed to eliminate mold will do the job - eliminate mold, even in the ductwork. He put Hopkins on the line if it didn't work. 3/7/2024 Today just a regular service call but the same great service. I found Miguel to be a technician that Hopkins should be proud to have on staff. Miguel was very knowledge and thorough .however I was taken back when he presented me with a bill for $1248.00 . The capacitor needing replacement is covered under my warranty. and so is the motor as well. So I'm paying for labor to install the motor. He gave me a price of $808.00 to replace the motor which will take about one half an hour. an hour at best. I should have asked what your hourly rate is. He is a very good technician . but I felt taken advantage of on the pricing

Miguel just left our home after servicing and repairing our A/C system an d I'd like to say that he is very professional and understands A/C systems. He repaired our unit and left me feeling like he knows what he is doing, which is difficult to find these days in many home repair industries.

Miguel was scheduled between 1 - 3 and showed up at 1:15. He had uncovered a couple of problems and resolved them in the most efficient way possible. He even suggested ways to save us money. I would rate him as a 10 because of his overall knowledge regarding our situation.

Excellent service! Scheduling is a breeze, they are very accommdating. Miguel did our semiannual maintenence this time and he was very thorough and professional. He really took his time to clean and check everything to make sure it was all operating at optimal performance. He was also very honest with his recommendations and advise. 10 out 10 all the way around.

We recently completed work with Hopkins on a complete gut and reinstall of our AC system. They had initially come out for a timely service check and identified quite a few pressing issues we were unaware of that were wasting quite a bit in electricity each month. Miguel did a great job explaining the options and providing pricing options. We spoke with the owner Chad and felt very comfortable w/ the project we were starting. Over the next week we replaced every duct, vent, compressor, HVAC and did blown-in insulation- the team that was here, Frank, Junior, Jonathan, Bebito (and possibly more!) were all very professional making sure our house stayed clean and worked around us as we were home.
