I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.My ac unit broke on Tuesday night n they came right over. I needed a new ac unit and they came on Wednesday and installed a new one. On Wednesday the installation manager came over to inspect the installation. All of their techs were very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. They went above n beyond. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.

We have been using Hopkins for many years and always have had great service. Recently they did a great job installing a Lennox XC20 3 ton unit. The job was completed in one day. The crew was extremely professional. They protected our floors and carpets and were very neat. I strongly recommend Hopkins. Update I just had the semi annual service. Went great. Very professional and neat. Update 11-23-23 Just had emergency service today, yes on Thanksgiving. Problem fixed by Justin.Hopkins is great. Now my guests have A/C Update 4-25-24 Serviced all units. Great job as always. 5-8-24 Great as always. Serviced (3) units with KickStart. 6-11-24 Fixed faulty float switches. 6-27 Unit #3 low on Freon. Got it going for now. Found leaks and ordered new parts. Great job John. 7-8-24 Two coils replaced on Unit #3. Completed on time and cleaned up after. Works great. Great job. 7-25-24 Diagnosed Unit 4A problem which is a defective Blower Motor. Replacement is scheduled for tomorrow PM. 7-26-24 Blower Motor replaced. Unit works perfectly. Well done 10-22-24 Clogged Drain on no. 1 unit. John diagnosed it quickly. Works great. 12-10-24 Found mold on our MBR vents. Contacted Hopkins. They did a complete inspection of the ductwork and recommend replacing it. The job which was completed in just two days. The crew was efficient and caring. Another well done job by Hopkins A/C. 1-2-25. Replaced Thermostat. Well done 3-11-25 Finally replaced my AC (5 units). Went with Carrier as suggested by Hopkins. They did a fantastic job as always. I Highly recommended Hopkins AC. 7-31-25 Replaced defective iflo unit. 11-11-25 Replaced (5) iflo cartridges and flushed Drain Lines. Perfect!

Contacted them when our AC was leaking tons of water. They gave an assessment as to a slew of issues that we had- that our current AC service never mentioned. The assessment for a new AC was thorough, gave tips to help cool the house with a new duct, and spent time to explain everything. All this was the same day I called to. They were able to get set up a new install that weekend. Even got a follow up text the next week to see how the unit was operating. Update: we have had our service plan with them for sometime, they’ve been great. Any issue and they are able to come same day or the next. They’re always transparent about issues and super professional

Just WOW. We talked to multiple providers before we replaced our 10 year old 3 compressor 3 airhandler system about six weeks ago. Everyone but Hopkins was just trying to sell us what they had. Hopkins listened to what we wanted and put together a system with the latest technology to get it done, including adding a damper system to make 3 zones out of 1 on our second floor. In the process they also replaced a damaged supply line that they had to thread through attic and wall trusses in our 40 year old house. When we had a sudden need for service on a Saturday afternoon, Hopkins got a technician to our house by 6:30 and got the balky unit running like a charm by 8:00. Great perfornance. Love these folks!

Nobody is ever prepared for their AC to stop working munch less have it happen on a holiday weekend. All it took was a quick call to Hopkins AC and there was no hesitation. All that was ask was our address. Upon arrival there technician made a quick but complete inspection and identified the problem. He explained their programs and cost. Once agreed upon his work was complete and we had cool air once again. We would highly recommend Hopkins AC to our friends.

6.5.25 Update I typically request the same technician for my AC services so that they have personal knowledge of all prior issues. Gazi was today's service tech since previous tech is no longer available. Gazi is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He was already aware of previous work done to my ac unit and provided feasible proactive solutions to improve air quality. I highly recommend Gazi and will be requesting him to be permanently assigned to my account. The entire Hopkins team has provided outstanding service and I am pleased to be their customer. 12.24.24 During last regular maintenance service it was determined that the outside unit coil was leaking. Service call to replace exterior coil was done on Dec 20. During that time the techs found a part had to be replaced on interior unit and that the indoor unit also had a leak. Being late in the date replacement for interior coil could not be replaced until after the weekend. Fast forward, 3 techs came first thing on Christmas Eve and unit completely fixed within a couple of hours. Thanks to Hopkins for doing all they could, including sending tech to pick up interior coil unit from Ft Myers, to get my AC up and running before Xmas day. Since initial service by Hopkins ACc a few years ago, I have not used any other company. I have a service contract and could not be any happier with the level of service and professionalism. John is the tech assigned to my account and I can't recommend him enough!! Service calls are always on time, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I am so happy to have found Hopkins AC and that John was the tech assigned! I don't hesitate to recommend.

We have been using Hopkins Air since we moved to Florida 3 years ago and always had a wonderful experience. The technicians are super friendly, very professional and always took good care of us. So recently we decided to replace our old unit, the experience has been 5 stars all the way. The sales rep came in the same day, explain our options, did not try to oversell us anything that we do not need, no pushy, very patient, and even let us get more quotes from others before we made decisions. The technician came in on Saturday because we have young kids and elderly in the house, they made effort to come out as soon as possible, the technicians, Calvin and Kavel came early in the morning, explained their installation process and timeline, finished everything ahead of time, we had AC running early afternoon and it cools the house just like the rep described. The technicians cleaned up the work areas before they leave. We highly recommend give them a try, we have used other companies in the area and they are absolutely our favorite.

A note of THANKS to our friends at Hopkins Air! They saved me previously on an emergency repair when my contractor was days out. Their technician Sophia came for bi-annual maintenance and took her time cleaning things up and helping explain our system. While I was busy working she took pics for their files so they could show me things to be aware of. Sophia is super sharp and explained things so any homeowner could understand. We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours. Office and tech staffs are very pleasant, courteous and professional. They always arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently. We have been using them for the past 25 years thru different ownerships. The service has always been great and you always get call-backs even on the weekends or during holidays when it is important. I posted this a couple of years ago and reiterate everything said above. The personel and the service continue to be the best. They responded to our call yesterday, Saturday, when we had no heat. Irene walked us thru what to do with the breakers going and checked in with us numerous times to see if it was working. When it wasn’t, she sent John 3 who has been servicing us for a few years, and the problem with the thermostat was resolved reasonably quickly. Irene was absolutely fabulous and deserves. Combat pay or a big bonus for having to deal with irate customers during the coldest day of the season and on a Saturday. She was calm, patient and extremely professional and kept calling back to check to see our status. John is our usual tech and is always cheerful, efficient, quick and professional. He is great. He and Irene are great representatives of Hopkins Air Conditioning!!

We’ve been with Hopkins Air Conditioning since back in 2002 when we built our home in Palm Beach County. They’ve been nothing less than extraordinary since that time. Last night, 10/21/2019 is just another example of why they’re simply the best. We had an issue with some water on the floor of our garage after returning home Monday evening from a short weekend road trip. It appeared to be coming from our air conditioner air handler unit. I called Hopkins A/C “after hours” Service line and Xavier (service tech) returned my call within 5 minutes... AMAZING! He advised he could definitely take care of the issue and relieved our concerns as we were preparing to head out of town again tonight (10/22). Xavier offered a suggestion that would “almost assuredly” solve the issue. I followed Xavier’s phone instructions and within about 20 minutes the problem was fixed. Customer Service is a very important part of the A/C biz and Hopkins Air Conditioning has the best. I have lived in South Florida all my life (72 years) and I’ve dealt with more than a few A/C company's so I know a little bit about customer service. Xavier is certainly a credit to the company. We were able to cancel the service call that Xavier had set up for us as now there was no need to delay our departure to the Smoky Mountains. Thank you Hopkins A/C and THANK YOU Service Tech Xavier (especially for the instructions and technical explanation as to what had occurred). When a company representative offers to save a customer both money and time, that’s a Special Company. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hopkins Air Conditioning. Update... Today, 6/11/21, we had a newer “upgraded” “ALL ALUMINUM ALLOY” condenser coil installed in our a/c handler. The house cools much quicker than the a/c did with “older style” coil... But the main reason for this update is to THANK the install technician, Andray, for doing an amazing job. He is such a credit to Hopkins A/C. Efficient, very knowledgeable, and one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen. Did a few little extra things during the installation to allow our central air to run more efficiently, and allow me, as the homeowner, to keep the a/c running like new in between our bi-annual Hopkins A/C maintenance service. I would highly recommend HOPKINS A/C in West Palm Beach to anyone needing A/C service or NEW Central A/C. Best! …more It appears that the drain line from A/H condenser pan to outside drain has issues, in that there was a back-up in the line. Today, 12/26/2023, Technician Jasper from Hopkins A/C responded and after trying to clear the line, he was able to find the issue with the drain line and make it work like new. He said that the line appeared to have a lot of old build-up (the home is 20 years old). Jasper was not going to give up. He cleared all of the old debris and the draining condensation water is now as clear as a mountain stream. Great job Jasper & Hopkins A/C. Excellent Technician & problem solver. Update 11/29/2024 Darren came to our home yesterday for our scheduled bi-annual a/c service. Darren did the best maintenance/checks we’ve seen since our home was built with an entire ac system installed by Hopkins A/C (actually “DAVIS A/C” back then. same company/different name). Darren showed us everything he was checking as do all of the technicians at Hopkins A/C, but Darren did quite a bit more. He checked our vents for actual air flow and found that our Master bath vent had NO AIR FLOW. We told him that vent actually hadn’t been blowing much, if any air out since we first moved in to our newly built home back in May of 2002. We had brought that to the attention of the actual Contractor who built our home and he told us at that time, he would add it to the “Punch List” and would forward that to “Davis” and they would check the a/c system and, “everything would be fixed or adjusted properly and to our satisfaction”. *Still have the notes I took. Didn’t know who “Davis” was. NEVER FIXED. We’ve just put a fan at the doorway when necessary. Darren knew what the problem was & forwarded info to install dept.

This was my first time having an AC issue in my house and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I called Hopkins Air Conditioning in the morning and they sent Scott Goodbread to take a look the same day. Scott is great! He quickly assessed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done. He took care of everything quickly and was very friendly. He had expert knowledge, which made me feel great about the service I received. I got the yearly maintenance plan so that the unit doesn't have any more issues. Thanks, Scott! Edit: It's a year later, and I have had some additional issues with my AC unit. Thankfully, Hopkins has remained responsive and helpful. There was some miscommunication about the work to be done, but Hopkins cleared it up and gave me a discount which really displayed their integrity and honesty in their business dealings, and I commend them for that! Great company to work with!

My AC stopped working all of a sudden on a Friday evening. Googled local service providers and Hopkins had phenomenal reviews, so I gave them a call. A skilled technician (Dave) was able to make it to the house in just a few hours and had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Communication throughout the whole process was great and left nothing to be desired. AC is an absolute requirement in South FL, so it was nice to see a local company exceeding expectations. I concur with all the other positive reviews, and highly recommend Hopkins. Dave was great as well. Updated 8/2024 Needed another unexpected service call due to an aging system. Miguel came out late into the evening, and was very polite, proficient, and skilled. After several tests, Miguel figured out the issue, fixed it, and presented the best course of action going forward. I was happy with Miguel's service and with Hopkins in general. I'll continue to patronize them and recommend them to anyone needing AC help. -- Gerry and Scott came out today to replace a compressor that wasn't working. They were prompt and very amiable. Great communication throughout the process and finished the job quickly. They confirmed everything was working well and showed me. Cleaned everything up and left my house cooling nicely. Hopkins has been amazing since I've started with them.

We were very disappointed! Hopkins has been servicing our home 2 units well for the last couple of years. We asked them for a quote for our rental unit. They were much higher than another company who we ultimately used. Over the weekend, one of our home units went out. My husband called for support. At first a tech said they could come in two days. Then another man called back and told him that because we didn’t use them for the rental unit install, they would not service us. My husband told him they had just been out for home maintenance in April, but Hopkins said they still wouldn’t come. We were shocked! I am responding to your reply. Your estimate was for a different address from our service contract and we were giving you the option to bid on it. Your estimate was almost double the price of the company we selected. Your prices are high and we have paid them in the past. We will not be in the future as your loyalty cannot be relied upon.

Mrs. Gilbert we were equally very disappointed that a customer we had been servicing for a year would go with an install with another contractor just because of a cheaper price. You see we actually have a live person answer the phones on a holiday weekend. Those services cost money. There is a reason why we charge more because we offer more. In the future I would remember you are not just buying a air conditioner you are buying a relationship for the length of that air conditioner.

Hopkins came very quickly, solved the problem and actually also helped to placate the understandably upset renters---they did a very professional, courteous repair. I had a concern about the bill and they again responded immediately and together we worked out a mutually satisfactory solution. I am impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work and also, importantly, with their open interaction with their customers to explain and resolve any conflicts. Terrible experience. We called them over a weekend and they fixed the problem in August. The technician sold us the maintenance plan for the year to help get a discount on the service required that day. We were never contacted to set up maintenance on our 4 ACs, which we paid for up front, close to a $1000, for maintenance/service 2x a year on all our units. As a contrast, we have a maintenance/service plan for other appliances and the companies call us promptly to set up maintenance and service. Months go by and no service has been set up. Over Thanksgiving, our drains/pipes end up getting clogged and result in a backflow and leak which ruins the floor upstairs and leaked through to the ceiling of the garage. When I called them to come service the unit, the representative that showed up that day said this should have been taken care of in August when we signed up for the maintenance plan. I called them, spoke with a manager and then his manager/part owner of the company. Lie after lie was told. Tried to tell me it was a different AC unit. Luckily for me I took a video while the technician was at the home with the technician present because the manager tried to lie about it over the phone. I was told they do not do maintenance in the summer because they only do it 6 months after signing the contract, which would have been February for us. Well, 6 months after February is August which is summer, which would have been our 2nd maintenance. They denied a slip up or fall through on their end. We ended up with $1000s of damage due to this leak which likely could have been prevented if they had actually shown up and performed the service, flushed the drains, and checked the leak devices. They refunded the maintenance agreement money as they should have because not only did they not keep their end of the agreement but they took our money, did not provide the service, which resulted in thousands of dollars of damage for us. Terrible experience. In response to your response- didn’t know there was a time limit to write a review. You took pictures of the AC with the switch up on the AC unit that was NOT leaking. The one that leaked, the switch was in the appropriate position. I have videos as evidence as well. Exactly why I said the lies- the pictures you took are of the AC unit next to the one that was leaking. You failed to meet your end of the contract.

There are always 2 sides to a review. Here is our side. While I am not understanding why you just left a review about this situation as the last time we was at your home was Nov 28th 2022??? Yes, well over a year later. First and foremost we did nothing wrong. When our technician arrived your safety switch for the unit was facing up and the safety switch could not work as designed. (we have pictures in your account) It had looked like you tried changing the filter at the filter door of the unit and moved the switch up to replace the filter. On top of that there was only a little water in the drain pan none on floor at time of arrival (we have pictures of that as well). Instead of arguing about it we did a free service at the time and cleared the drain line and repositioned the switch in the correct position. On top of that we refunded your entire money of $896.00 as well. I stand by the evidence we have and stand behind it 100%.

Jasper was AMAZING. He came at 8pm on Saturday night, and was not only courteous (brought a mat to wipe his feet on, wore shoe slips) he was friendly as heck (my dogs loved him) and he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and how he was planning to fix it. He did a great job alleviating the problem and then signed me up for their membership plan. Air conditioning troubles in the dead of summer in South Florida can be the most frustrating thing in the world, but Jasper literally saved our night. I’m very grateful!

I recently had my AC repaired by this company, and while they were professional in their approach, I couldn't help but feel their pricing was way above the market rate. Like many others, they charge a set fee for the initial visit, which would be credited to any subsequent repair costs. This would be acceptable if the repair costs were reasonable. However, without a prior estimate or a clear breakdown, I was blindsided by a bill that seemed almost double what I expected. I had a quote to flush the ac drain for $250. But because it was weekend and the company didn’t have anyone until Monday, I called Hopkins. They charged me $454! The lack of transparency in their pricing structure left me feeling that the system is geared against the customer. I believe potential clients should be wary and always ask for a quote upfront.

Thank you for your feedback. Please keep in mind we came out on a Saturday night arrived at your home at 7:57pm and left at 9:53 pm. That is after our tech had been running calls all day servicing customers when other companies don't answer their phones. We fixed your problem and got you back cooling. Our pricing for this is very fair. What you also failed to mention is that the technician did present you with all costs before performing any work and you did approve the cost with signatures. Please also keep in mind had your normal company did a better maintenance on your unit there would have been no service call to begin with as this was a preventative maintenance issue. Your frustrations should be with them not us.

Hopkins Air did a very professional job. I called them on a Saturday night, and they came within the hour. The news were not good (I needed new unit). The guys who came to do the installation two days later, were super professional and did a very clean job. They placed protective paper on my area rugs and the carpet upstairs. When they left they cleaned after themselves. Communication was also professional. There was always someone (a real person) to answer the phone, and if they said they were going to call me back, they actually did. In short, I am very pleased with my experience with Hopkins Air.

Service was good. The technician was on time and friendly. The charge to flush a drain line and treat the drain line with a cleaner was $454.50. I’ll never use this company again. If you choose to move forward with this company please ask many financial questions. ***UPDATE*** Owner reply to my 2 star review: Hi Owner, my complaint is not with Matt. My frustration lies with your cost. You have had many other similar complaints on your web reviews as well. You justified your extreme price gauging in other negative financial reviews by saying inflation and weekend emergency service. My unit was running before Matt got there. I rent that townhouse out and having your company come out was something I did to keep my tenants happy. Poor costumer service will spread like wildfire. I paid Matt, and was completely honest and kind with him with him when I voiced my frustration that did not lay with him but the cost of the drain line behind cleaned. You however, jumping in on a poor Google review (as an owner) to try and present the narrative of my review as being negative towards Matt is sad and wrong. Reply to management/ownership(again): Spare your “working man” speech, I am a “working man”. We had air after your tech left because he disconnected the functional float valves until an actual experienced trustworthy licensed technician came out and re-connected the valves and properly diagnosed and fixed the unit. The same valves are there, nothing was replaced, apparently the main valve had a slight stick and it was tripping as if their was water leaking, which it wasn’t. So when your tech said the main floater needed to be replaced AND the back up floater as well, it was completely incorrect and he disconnected the safety mechanism to make it work. But that’s not my ONE QUESTION TO YOU, which is why are you charging 30X the cost for a simple $28 part?? Why are you charging $600? Why are you price gauging people on simple parts? I could see 2X or even 3X the cost for a simple part for after hours service but 30X?!!! 30X the cost…it’s the type of service and business you run that gives other hard working business owners poor reputations and make customers skeptical of your work. Get your prices in line, have some integrity. UPDATE: To the "owner" that replied, your "assessment" was in fact incorrect, the float valves are functional and both intact, that's a fact, come out and verify for yourself, but when you do, post that you were incorrect. You've got to do only the work required, don't encourage your techs to over charge people. Also, I never called my tech while yours was there, I looked up the price of the part that didn't need to be replaced. I also positively commented on the response time, which is great but not at the cost of a misdiagnosis and a complete gauging on the mark up. How do you justify charging nearly $600.00 for a $25 part? If anything else, answer that question for your potential customers that want a fair price and service. Why is your mark up 23X the cost of the actual part? Forget about the misdiagnosis your tech provided, answer why your mark up is 23X the actual cost of the part? You did the wrong thing here, maybe overall you guys don't do that but you lost here, admit it, fix it and don't price gauge customers, be better than the rest, not a hog. It’s a shame because I originally gave this company a good review but after having another experienced tech look at the AC unit the next day it was revealing. Hopkins AC answered the call and dispatched their tech promptly after I called at 6pm, he arrived by 7:30. He originally diagnosed that my float valves were non functional and he had a replacement on the truck. I looked up the part it cost about $25, unfortunately he had to charge $566.00 for the part due to the company mark up apparently. I didn’t want to pay that because I know an AC tech who was available the following day. The rep from Hopkins said he could disconnect the float valve and it would run fine as long as it didn’t leak for some reason. I took the chance and let him do that, paid the $129 service fee and had AC that night. The 30 plus yr tech I know came out the following day and tested everything in front of me and explained and proved, there was in fact nothing wrong with the float valve and reconnected it, and the unit functioned perfectly. It’s either someone not familiar or experienced enough from Hopkins or they intentionally tried to get me to pay $566.00 for a $25 part. Either way it should be addressed by the company immediately.

Update: Sir, you contacted us with no air after hours. We didn't call you. When we arrived within an hour, you had no air; when we left, you did. We got you back up and running and only charged you a trip charge. Sounds like a great deal. There is a lot of costs that go into running a legitimate contracting business. The most profitable companies in America are used gladly with no accusations of 'ripping people off', but the blue collar, hard working men and women you want to label as price gougers because you googled a part. We do not sell parts, we are a full mobile contracting service company. Your review is very unfair. I am sorry to to hear you feel you had a bad experience. There are always 2 sides to a review and there is a lot of misleading information in this review. You called in at 6pm on a Thursday evening asked if we had parts on our trucks. We dispatched the tech at 6:30 and he was at your house right within an hour of your initial phone call. WOW super responsive! He diagnosis your issue and gave you pricing and as our tech was in your presence you called your "other" 30 plus ac guy and he told you he would come out tomorrow and install new ones for you. So, basically since "your guy" couldn't come out that night and we did we are being bashed on an unfair review. When really this review was about price not service. I would have understood a 3 or 4 star because of price that was not within your budget. We stand behind our diagnosis and our super fast service and response time. I guess 30 plus year techs don't work past 5pm!

After an extensive research of different companies in the area, the final choice was Hopkins Air Conditioning. Now, after the old system was replaced and our new system has been installed, we are very happy that Hopkins was our choice, and this is why: 1. Every time you call them, you talk to a friendly person not an answering machine, and they immediately take care of the problem. 2. They arrive on time, and give you a ten minutes warning when they are in the area. 3. They listen to your concerns, and they are patient and flexible. 4. What first appealed to me was the weekend availability & flexibility. After booking my appointment I did some further research on the company & saw many glowing reviews, so I had high hopes for my visit. I’m happy to say my appointment exceeded my expectations. Hopkins Air made me feel comfortable & taken care of. I was referred to Hopkins after losing air conditioning last summer and hearing from my old company that it would be several days before they could come and fix it. I called Hopkins and they came over right away, fixed the issue, and signed me up for a service contract. Hopkins is very professional, on time, extremely organized, and not expensive. They setup an appointment time, send a reminder/confirmation the week prior, and call when they are close by so you know they are arriving. The technician that has come to my home knew my system like the back of his hand and spent time educating us on what’s going on with it and what he’s doing to make it better. This sets Hopkins apart. I have more confidence in a technician that explains what/why they are doing the job instead of just coming and going. Hopkins was also very reasonable and their price is less than I would expect for the service I’m provided. Doesn’t get any better then that.

Had an issue where the temperature dropped in the 40s and my heat wasn't working. I called them the day after Christmas and originally was scheduled to have someone come out between 5-9PM. Hopkins Air Conditioning continuously exceeds our expectations; in particular, Technician Jonathan M. is truly an outstanding professional. On Oct. 3, 2022, our AC suddenly stopped functioning. As we did have the annual maintenance plan (*highly recommended*), I called right away, albeit in the evening. Of course, the phone call was answered, despite the hour. To our surprise, Jonathan M. came to our home at 11:00 pm to ensure that our family would have functioning AC before the following day heat. He performed exceptionally thorough cleaning, testing, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs both inside and outside. He also explained what needed to be done and why, and showed us all of the problem areas. We trust Hopkins, bottom line. I rarely write reviews; however, this company clearly is committed to excellence and relationships with their clients, which is very challenging to find in S. Florida. Beyond 5 stars! My AC was on the fritz and I called my AC company and was told there would be a $149 emergency fee for weekend appointment. The next available appointment was Tuesday. I was in the parking lot of my condo and ran into Dave and mentioned something about my AC. After his appointment in my building, he kindly came and took a look to see what was wrong. He was able to make the repair! I have now switched my service contract to Hopkins air and feel very confident. We've been with Hopkins for a couple of years now - they are our go-to and we recommend them frequently. We initially used them for an emergency repair and were very happy with the level of professionalism of the office staff, management and technicians. We have had Johnathan, a service tech, out on several occasions and he is very thorough with his cleaning and explanations. He gives his honest opinion without a sales pitch or pressure - which we appreciate. Friendly, affordable company that is always on time. We haven't had a bad experience yet.

We've been using Hopkins air for about 2 years, we had to buy a new system cause our coil failed and it was the second time so it made sense to get a new system. (it was an established defect of our system at that time). That purchase and installation went great and we've been using them for maintenance since than just to keep it running good. Also we got super low interest financing. Adam came out today to do our service and found we had a pretty bad mold issue in there. His advice was to add a couple UV lights and a thorough cleaning of the coild and duct work so we got the lights installed and tomorrow we're having a deep cleaning in the Duct works and because i have a maintenance contract I saved 20%. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed our conversation as he worked. Actually every one who has come out has been great. Always professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I never feel like I'm being sold, they just tell me what I need and I decide. Also they are always able to work with my schedule and we have had 1 emergency where they were able to get someone out the same day. So I really can't recommend them enough!

Story time I call at 2pm on a Sunday By 2:15 their team was calling me back to confirm a time window (5-8) By 6pm Jonathan was at my house, in the attic and already checking on parts. Thankfully he had the part in his van, within 2 hours of verifying the blower was replaced and my 3 month old was back in his cooled room. Jonathan was fantastic, and the triage/ execution and scheduling was fantastic. Highly impressed, I even setup a maintenance package based on the execution of todays visit. Well done

My AC stopped working overnight on an extremely hot holiday weekend night of Memorial Day weekend. I called the answering service at 8:35 AM and set up an appointment for the same day between a 1-4 PM window. I asked that a technician call me ahead of time to give me an estimate. He did. When I explained the situation and the fact that I use oxygen to breathe due to the extreme outside temperature, he offered to come within 1-2 hours. In fact he showed up at 9:45 AM. Chuck was the service repairman and was quick, courteous, neat, and thorough. He explained what the issue was and what he would do to resolve the problem. Everything was quick and easy from my initial call to the time that Chuck left. I would highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning without any reservations and am confident that you will not be disappointed, if you choose to use them. I am a physician with terminal cancer who has very high standards. Not only did Hopkins Air Conditioning and Chuck meet my expextations, they far exceeded them.

I had another technician come out to look at my ac unit and after not being impressed by them I called Hopkins for a 2nd opinion when my 15year old AC wasn't blowing cold. Luis came out the same day I called and went through my whole system inside and out, diagnosed the problem and had the parts available on his truck to do the repair immediately. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He didn't try to sell me a new unit where many others did. My unit now works perfectly thanks to Luis and probably saved me 3 grand on a new unit. Couldn't be more grateful to him and Hopkins. Highly Recommended

Extremely quick response time and loved that I was able to book online & have a tech out in less than 3 hours (at 9pm at night mind you). Aaron, my technician, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Original quote was extremely high but was able to haggle it down to a still high but more manageable price (ended up paying about half of the original quote to get an idea of the crazy industry markup). Due to pricing & push for ongoing maintenance agreement from the office, it felt more like a 4 star experience but I felt Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services by the end. Would recommend but make sure they keep there pricing in check.

I called Hopkins AC Service because my AC wasn't cooling, even though it was supposedly fixed by another service company who failed me miserably. John, a technician from Hopkins came the same day I called, and diagnosed the problem, at all time explaining everything to me and my husband. We could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and we were confident that he would get the job done right. The following day Doug and Xavier came and got the job done, they even set us up with portable ACs while they worked so that we could be comfortable and cool. Now my AC is working perfectly well. I can't say enough good things about Hopkins A/C. I called first thing this morning when I woke up to it being 82 degrees in my condo and they got someone out to me the same day. The tech that arrived was John and he was wonderful! His communication before arriving was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure that I understood what was going on the entire time. He also took the time to explain everything over the phone (a second time) to my boyfriend. Hopkins is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Richard my tech was amazing at fixing my AC and was profiecent in his work. Exetremly professional. This company sets the bar high for customer service. See my day started out with me trying to install a brand new theromstat. When I put it in no cold air was blowing. So I tried putting the old theromstat on then my AC unit would not work at all or turn on. Now my son who is only ten month has severe asthma and has to use a neabilzer every night. So as the heat started to build and I realized I couldn’t fix this problem I started to become exetermly nervous. To hot of air and my son has a hard time breathing. At this time it was 10:30pm on a Sunday. I started to look up 24/7 HVAC companies. I called 20 place that advertised This on their website and every single place told me they couldn’t Get a tech out till the morning or a tech would call back and never did. I was furious as to why they advertised this but the service they didn’t actually offer. It was now 1am and it was 85 degrees in my house. I finally came across Hopkins and called. At first I received an answering machine and I thought here I go again so I left my information with a callback number. Within two minutes Richard called me back and explain all the fees and was up front and honest. He said he could come out right way and he actually did. Out of 20 places the only person who actually offered the services was Hopkins. Richard came out and was exetemely kind and professional. He fixed my AC and was honest about the problem. They had reasonable prices compared to most places and Richard went above and beyond to get the job done. I will always recommend this company going forward and use them for all my AC maintence needs. I can’t thank this company enough for helping me sleep well knowing my son is going to be okay.
