Jonah was amazing. He came over within 20 miniutes and stayed until he got the job done on a Saturday. I was having family in fro Boston during a blizzard and he saved the weekend Highly recommend Hopkins

Need to share such amazing customer service and professionalism. I had Aztil Air install a new HVAC system in 2020 and since has been a nightmare with issues - I called Hopkins out of a dire need for heat in my house as I haven’t had any for 2 weeks due to Aztil. Hopkins sent me today their tech Ervine. He was so understanding of the situation did complete overview and thorough explanation of the situation currently with the heating side of this unit. He by far is one of the nicest techs I have worked with in South Florida. Due to his attentiveness and professionalism I became a new customer with Hopkins Air. Thank you Ervine I look forward to working with you again .

The service was to follow-up on our HVAC system not producing heat. The technician replaced the circuit board as requested but also found an issue with the sensor which was faulty and replaced it. The system is now working properly. He was very efficient and got the job done in sufficient time.

I had an entire full air conditioning system installed today. Temps over 93 with heat index of over 100! I live in a 3 story townhome and my two guys were amazing! In this heat they never complained and only wanted me to be happy! You can trust this company to do what they say they will do! These guys deserve a huge raise!

Office and tech staffs are very pleasant, courteous and professional. They always arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently. We have been using them for the past 25 years thru different ownerships. The service has always been great and you always get call-backs even on the weekends or during holidays when it is important. I posted this a couple of years ago and reiterate everything said above. The personel and the service continue to be the best. They responded to our call yesterday, Saturday, when we had no heat. Irene walked us thru what to do with the breakers going and checked in with us numerous times to see if it was working. When it wasn’t, she sent John 3 who has been servicing us for a few years, and the problem with the thermostat was resolved reasonably quickly. Irene was absolutely fabulous and deserves. Combat pay or a big bonus for having to deal with irate customers during the coldest day of the season and on a Saturday. She was calm, patient and extremely professional and kept calling back to check to see our status. John is our usual tech and is always cheerful, efficient, quick and professional. He is great. He and Irene are great representatives of Hopkins Air Conditioning!!

Gazi did a great job today.Hopkins Air is always 5 star in service. We have been using their services since 2013. Our tech, John, just came out to do our maintenance and advised us that our coil needs replaced. He was very thorough and showed us where the parts were starting to fail. He always does a fantastic job every time he comes out. We appreciate having a company that maintains high standards and alerts us when we are about to have an issue so that we can correct the problem before there is damage to our unit. You will not go wrong in choosing Hopkins Air for all your AC/Heating needs. We recommend them to everyone.

Our service by Gazi was tremendous today very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He came out sooner than the booked time got straight to work and gave us multiple solutions to help our old overheating unit out. 10/10 would highly recommend his service as well as the company

I must say a young man name Matthew went above and beyond to answer my questions I am not from around here very new to the area; I saw him in line at the grocery store with his work clothes on and sparked a conversation. I am now sure that my next purchase will be Central Air Conditioner. Moving from New York State to Florida is a big difference in the heat. this young man said he is very proud of his job and loves what he does. I can tell because he took time out to assist me when he could have just given me the number and said call tomorrow and a rep will help you. Thank you Mr. Matthew

Been using Hopkins for over 12 years, they just installed my second unit and the check it every 6 months. Very good job, they check everything inside and out I won’t go anywhere else, you need heat or AC call Hopkins Air, you won’t be disappointed

They installed the new Lennox ac/ heat system when I bought my house. I’ve used them for maintenance service going forward. Scott is the latest tech to do this job. He’s the best! I’ve asked for him exclusively from now on.

Had an issue where the temperature dropped in the 40s and my heat wasn't working. I called them the day after Christmas and originally was scheduled to have someone come out between 5-9PM. I received a call back shortly after where a technician was able to come out sooner. Alan gave me a call prior to arrival and was able to diagnose the problem within an hour. There were no hidden fees and they were very transparent with the billing. Nobody likes unexpected repairs, but this business was very courteous and professional.

Hopkins Air Conditioning continuously exceeds our expectations; in particular, Technician Jonathan M. is truly an outstanding professional. On Oct. 3, 2022, our AC suddenly stopped functioning. As we did have the annual maintenance plan (*highly recommended*), I called right away, albeit in the evening. Of course, the phone call was answered, despite the hour. To our surprise, Jonathan M. came to our home at 11:00 pm to ensure that our family would have functioning AC before the following day heat. He performed exceptionally thorough cleaning, testing, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs both inside and outside. He also explained what needed to be done and why, and showed us all of the problem areas. We trust Hopkins, bottom line. I rarely write reviews; however, this company clearly is committed to excellence and relationships with their clients, which is very challenging to find in S. Florida. We had an issue with our HVAC unit when we switched over from AC to Heat. I called Hopkins Air and Brittany was helpful in setting up a service call. A day and time were established and the technician was actually early. Xavier did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue, discovered another issue, discussed and showed what needed to be done, and actually had the parts on his truck. Xavier efficiently repaired the issue and went over the entire system to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service and a fair price! I would call Hopkins Air Conditioning again...and ask for Xavier!

I highly recommend Hopkins for your heating /cooling needs. Andray, Kendric, Eviere and Doug were outstanding. During this pandemic all protocols were followed by all staff. They were extremely courteous and did meticulous work. Our installation was done in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience. I applaud this outstanding team for their work ethics. When I say READ THE REVIEWS, I mean it. I taught my mother to do so and when her AC was blowing 88 degrees and we were melting in her house, right to Google we went. She searched through various options for the area and saw the reviews for Hopkins Air and loved everything she saw. The reviews did NOT lie. This company is wonderful from top to bottom; and I don't just hand out compliments and beautifully written reviews for just anyone (haha) John showed up the next day to my mother's house and began checking everything. My mother cannot move on her own right now as she fractured her leg. John had the unfortunate displeasure of having to let us know that the person who was formerly working on her AC unit was putting in the WRONG refrigerant. Not only was John able to find us an affordable new unit, but a great payment plan, and immediate installation the next morning. When I tell you, the 2 guys that came to install the unit, worked their butts off to get the house to cool off. By 5pm the house was down to 73 and we could breathe. This company is knowledgeable, genuine, and works WITH their customers to make sure WE walk away feeling secure and staying cool in this heat. Trust the reviews. They don't lie!!

Chad at Hopkins Air had originally designed and installed my AC /heat system. It was worked beautifully from the first day----now 8 years later!! Recently, the tropical storm threw it for a loop---but Luis the knowledgeable and kind service man was over before the end of day and had me up and running. I have worked with several AC companies in the past, but Hopkins takes great pride and care with the level of their workmanship and service to their clients. I highly recommend this company!!

Our new guy, Xavier, did an excellent job of keeping us informed and explaining the details of future work. He showed us photos of sites for future discussion. He only added to the reason why we use Hopkins for our AC/Heating needs.

From the office staff to the technician it was a plesent experience even with no air in the heat. Luis the technician was courteous, friendly, and polite and took time to answer my questions . Hopkins is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Richard my tech was amazing at fixing my AC and was profiecent in his work. Exetremly professional. This company sets the bar high for customer service. See my day started out with me trying to install a brand new theromstat. When I put it in no cold air was blowing. So I tried putting the old theromstat on then my AC unit would not work at all or turn on. Now my son who is only ten month has severe asthma and has to use a neabilzer every night. So as the heat started to build and I realized I couldn’t fix this problem I started to become exetermly nervous. To hot of air and my son has a hard time breathing. At this time it was 10:30pm on a Sunday. I started to look up 24/7 HVAC companies. I called 20 place that advertised This on their website and every single place told me they couldn’t Get a tech out till the morning or a tech would call back and never did. I was furious as to why they advertised this but the service they didn’t actually offer. It was now 1am and it was 85 degrees in my house. I finally came across Hopkins and called. At first I received an answering machine and I thought here I go again so I left my information with a callback number. Within two minutes Richard called me back and explain all the fees and was up front and honest. He said he could come out right way and he actually did. Out of 20 places the only person who actually offered the services was Hopkins. Richard came out and was exetemely kind and professional. He fixed my AC and was honest about the problem. They had reasonable prices compared to most places and Richard went above and beyond to get the job done. I will always recommend this company going forward and use them for all my AC maintence needs. I can’t thank this company enough for helping me sleep well knowing my son is going to be okay.
