Need to share such amazing customer service and professionalism. I had Aztil Air install a new HVAC system in 2020 and since has been a nightmare with issues - I called Hopkins out of a dire need for heat in my house as I haven’t had any for 2 weeks due to Aztil. Hopkins sent me today their tech Ervine. He was so understanding of the situation did complete overview and thorough explanation of the situation currently with the heating side of this unit. He by far is one of the nicest techs I have worked with in South Florida. Due to his attentiveness and professionalism I became a new customer with Hopkins Air. Thank you Ervine I look forward to working with you again .

Ervine and Rich(Service Manager) came out as scheduled, diagnosed our issue and resolved it. They are both very professional. Could not be more pleased with the service we receive from Hopkins!

We have been clients of Hopkins Air for a very long time. During which we had routine and repair service to our home in West Delray. Last year it was time for replacement of our system and Hopkins did an excellent job. Bottom line, THEY ARE THAT GOOD! No BS. Today we had a routine service and met another outstanding member of their team, Ervine. You cannot go wrong using Hopkins Air.

Ervine was extremely helpful and had such a great attitude. He knew was he was talking about and was honest about everything. 10/10 guy, very sociable, give that man a promotion and raise immediately.

Ervine was excellent. He came within 1 hour when A/C not working. Great job explaining what was damaged or broken. Extremely professional. Highly recommend!!!
