I had Aztil Air install a new HVAC system in 2020 and since has been a nightmare with issues - I called Hopkins out of a dire need for heat in my house as I haven’t had any for 2 weeks due to Aztil. Hopkins sent me today their tech Ervine. He was so understanding of the situation did complete overview and thorough explanation of the situation currently with the heating side of this unit. He by far is one of the nicest techs I have worked with in South Florida. Due to his attentiveness and professionalism I became a new customer with Hopkins Air.
