Efficient service tech. Decided to sign up for a maintenance agreement. Christie explained everything exceptionally well and sent over a draft of the contract while we were on the phone! We went over it together. That kid has patience!

We just recently got a new system installed by Hopkins and the entire process was fairly stress free. Fantastic service! It all started with a phone call answered by Christie. Such a gem!

I called the company for an estimate today & I had the pleasure of speaking with Christie. She was incredibly efficient & professional in helping me. She was able to effectively explain all the services to me & put it in laymans terms so I could understand everything. I asked a million & one questions but she patiently answered everything until I was fully satisfied. Christie is knowledgeable and was able to intelligently articulate everything that I asked. My largest issue with receiving service is time! Well let me tell ya, lil Miss Christie made SURE the technician communicated with me and let me know when he was on his way. Service was great and went without a hitch!!
