Just would like to say thank you to everyone at Hopkins Air, my AC Fan would not stop blowing no matter what I did, even turning off the breakers to it. I called this morning and Sabrina listened to the concern in my voice and had a tech Eduan there by 1 pm to check things out. Eduan is great has been to my place before and always does a fantastic job, he was able to diagnose quickly what was the issue. Turned out my Blower motor module was blown and had to be replaced, I have been with Hopkins for 10 years they installed this unit for me then and have maintained it since. They were able to find a tech nearby who had a replacement part close by in their truck. So instead of having to wait days for parts and to reschedule for instillation. Eduan went and got it and was back installing within a half hour. He was quick professional and the Unit is working great again. No more issues. Thanks Again to Hopkins Air for doing all the right things, such a great company to deal with.

Technician Eduan showed on time during the time frame specified. He both texted and called to make me aware that he was enroute. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all that he was doing, the required repairs, the recommended repairs and service as well as the pricing. Overall very happy with the service, so much so I signed up for the maintenance plan.

Eduan was extremely professional and fixed my clogged drain line. Also gave me some great tips to keep my unit clean! They are running a great service deal right now. Highly recommend Hopkins

Eduan, our technician today, arrived promptly (having called that he was on his way), and immediately went to work on our system after we explained the problem we had. We had complete tile renovation done. We had been told the air conditioning system would be turned off completely, but it was not, it was registering 76 degrees, the system was"on/fan" and the door was open, and no furniture was covered. It was a complete dustbowl. Eduan was able to clean it up with a tuneup, although it was a complete mess. He assured us the system would be running well afterward. He was efficient, professional, and courteous and a definite asset to Hopkins Air Conditioning.

Really good response time. I called for help with a clogged condensate line and Eduan was there within an hour and a half.

Eduan the young repair man was fabulous. On time, pleasant, polite and informative.

October 2, 2025: Eduan kindly notified me that he was on his way to help set up Iflo with our WiFi. He was punctual, professional, and efficient. He was also patient in making sure that I understood how to use the Iflo App, as technology is not my strong suit. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received today! 👍👍👍
