After researching and getting quotes from more than 10 different A/C companies, we ultimately chose Hopkins Air Conditioning—and I'm so glad we did.<br><br>From the very first conversation through the final installation, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service.<br><br>John Johnson was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain every option, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair, transparent quote. What I appreciated most was that he never tried to "sell" me anything or pressure me into upgrades I didn't need. Instead, he focused on helping me make the best decision for my home, which gave me complete confidence in choosing Hopkins.<br><br>Once we made our decision, Hopkins exceeded our expectations by scheduling and completing the installation the very next day.<br><br>Yadian and Manuel handled the installation, and they were exceptional. They worked seamlessly as a team, never seemed to stop moving, and paid incredible attention to every detail throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. They also took the time to walk me through the finished installation and ensured I was completely satisfied before closing out the job.<br><br>It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction. Gazi was a very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant service person. He understood the situation and was able to do the needed diagnosis. We have always been happy with Hopkins AC, their protocols of informing us when they are coming with a picture of the representative. Always efficient. We recommend them highly.

Jonah was great. Biggest thing was he listened. I know service calls are designed to be sales calls too. But once I explained to him that I wasn't interested in any other services but maintenance, he didn't push anything. But, he still continued to educate me on things that I can do myself and things that I should get a pro for. Matter of fact like, without any type of sales pitch. 1st time using you guys and I happy I switched from Elite (they stink)

Miguel, was very professional, thorough, courteous and honest with his inspection of our AC unit. Although the overall analysis of the unit wasn't very good, because of age. The photographs he took of the unit seemed very accurate. He did offer alternatives for me to look into in the near future. Which was greatly appreciated. Our unit is currently still in good working order for the time being and we will keeping close tabs on it functioning correctly for now. Thank You NM

These boys are good...and know their HVAC!!! I've had Hopkins coming out here for going on seven years now and I rest at night knowing that my unit won't stop at two in the morning when it's 84 degrees out like my last A/C company set me up for. And with the recommendations Hopkins suggested for my system I haven't had to live on Claritin like I used to. Do yourself a BIG favor and seek out these guys for you A/C needs. You won't regret it, I swear!

Miguel was the best technician I ever dealt with. He educated me and walked me through all the issues and solutions. His advice was confirmed by my friend who has an electrical engineering degree. Miguel got the fan working again, thermostat operating as it should again, reduced the excess condensation that was hurting the system and my health. He connected the thermostat directly to the system and installed a UVC light for me. I don't have enough space to write everything else he did for me during the hours he spent here. Finding Hopkins and Miguel was the best decision I made in a long time.
