We finally upgraded to a new 2026 Carrier HVAC system, and the experience was flawless. We chose Carrier for its reliability, but we chose Hopkins Air Conditioning because they’ve provided us with top-tier maintenance for over six years. A brand is only as good as its installation, and the Hopkins team nailed it. Colton, our salesman, was polite and knowledgeable, helping us navigate our options and securing the unit quickly. The installation technicians, Andres and Yadrian, were outstanding—professional, communicative, and tidy. I especially appreciated how they thoughtfully ran the lines and pipes to ensure the system is easy to service down the road. To top it off, Neslan came by the next day to replace our UV bulbs and finalize the job. If you want a worry-free, expert installation, I highly recommend Hopkins!"

Hopkins air conditions was the only company that answered my call late at night for an AC issue I had. They came out the next morning and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Sophia was great. Since then, every time the other tech comes out, he pushes hard to upsell. Sometimes he’s successful, but most times it’s blatantly obvious. I don’t like that behavior.

Had an issue with a leak in our AC unit for a home we recently purchased. I contacted them last night through google and got a call first thing at 7:30 this morning to let me know someone would be by between 10-12. Allan showed up promptly around 10:30 and signed us up for the yearly maintenance fixing our issue. He was quick, professional and very efficient. Highly recommend! ___ Update Feb 2026, we got a new AC system installed for an amazing price. Everyone we worked with was super helpful and made the process very simple. We will continue to use John Hopkins for our maintenance going forward.

We have always been happy with Hopkins AC, their protocols of informing us when they are coming with a picture of the representative. Always efficient. We recommend them highly.

Would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t show me how the upsell ultraviolet was working or not. They said they installed them but I can’t see the ultraviolet light like the previous system they replaced. I asked and the salesperson was very offended I asked to see it working instead of taking his word. These days once you pay the invoice it seems like you’re dismissed for asking a simple question. But at least the ac is working. Update: Art came to my house for service call and installed a new ultraviolet set up. Art is a great asset to Hopkins and was excellent to work with.

Hopkins Technicians William and Felix replaced my HVAC system with a new Carrier crossover system and I’m extremely happy with the installation. Need to share such amazing customer service and professionalism. I had Aztil Air install a new HVAC system in 2020 and since has been a nightmare with issues - I called Hopkins out of a dire need for heat in my house as I haven’t had any for 2 weeks due to Aztil. Hopkins sent me today their tech Ervine. He was so understanding of the situation did complete overview and thorough explanation of the situation currently with the heating side of this unit. He by far is one of the nicest techs I have worked with in South Florida. Due to his attentiveness and professionalism I became a new customer with Hopkins Air.
