Phone staff are friendly; company texts you with the time frame & name techs will arrive; they then text to say Tech is on the way; They are on time & are communicative. Most importantly, they make an effort to provide same day service when the a/c isn't working. Very happy with Hopkins A/C.

We recently had our AC unit replaced, and I can honestly say the experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent. They took the time to explain our options, pricing, and what would work best for our home without making us feel pressured. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and how they made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also walked us through how to use the new system and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest AC company, I would definitely recommend Hopkins. Great service, great communication, and quality work all around.

William and Felix showed up ahead of schedule, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process! They finished a little earlier than expected, which was great. They respected my home and put down drop cloths to be as neat as possible, which I appreciated and reduced my stress level.👍🏼 ***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** BRAND NEW SYSTEM FAILED INSPECTION - THESE THINGS HAPPEN, HOWEVER I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES SINCE & SPOKE WITH A JOYCE TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WILL BE MAKING THE CORRECTIONS SO THEY CAN HAVE IT RE-INSPECTED AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT NOONE EVER CALLS BACK! I'M SICK OF CHASING AFTER LIARS AND CON ARTIST, BUT HEY THAT'S WHAT FLORIDA IS RIGHT?? ***NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!***

I called Hopkins because of the rave reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The service and experience far exceeded my expectations. They perform a maintenance check every 6 months. They report on how well my A/C is functioning and how long I can expect it to last. I really trust these guys. They are honest, helpful, professional and overall terrific!

Ramniez arrived on a Sunday afternoon to clean the AC units. He was friendly, efficient and wore booties over his shoes without any prompts to do so, huge bonus points!! Best of all, today’s visit was free, as part of our service contract. I highly recommend this business for being timely, caring, honest and fair.

Had a floor person break a pipe on my air conditioner and didn’t tell me. When I found the air conditioner leaking profusely I ran and called Hopkins because they take care of my unit normally. They came out fixed it immediately and all is well now. So happy to be with them😊 BKD
