Donat serviced my units today. I have older units that could be damaged with aggressive cleaning, so he worked with great care to perform the appropriate maintenance to assure the units stayed working well in their current state. As he saw things, he had realtime access to prior inspection photos for good comparative assessment for deterioration. We ran into an unexpected issue, and his communication, troubleshooting and resolution was done professionally and perfectly. Definitely a well satisfied customer again.

A note of THANKS to our friends at Hopkins Air! They saved me previously on an emergency repair when my contractor was days out. Their technician Sophia came for bi-annual maintenance and took her time cleaning things up and helping explain our system. While I was busy working she took pics for their files so they could show me things to be aware of. Sophia is super sharp and explained things so any homeowner could understand. Hopkins won a customer for their responsiveness and will keep me for their continued professionalism and customer care. I hope I can request Sophia for all future service!!!

We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours. Hopkins definitely hires the best of the best, and Zach is certainly in that category. Kevin and Karel were both absolute professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They did an outstanding job with the installation, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and leaving the workspace spotless. On top of that, they took the time to walk me through the new thermostat, making sure I fully understood how to use it. I highly recommend Hopkins for their top-notch service and exceptional team.
