Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. Update… sorry I posted the wrong name for this job. It was in fact Sansone A/C & Plumbing that did a great job replacing my complete AC system. Techs and installers were professional, helpful, efficient and all done in half a day. Cleaned up and was good to go. The office people were great with scheduling the work and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Love at first sight! I had high expectations because of the first interaction and honestly because of the reviews. They totally exceeded our expectations. - impeccable, proactive and effective communication both from the office and with the technician - problem solving attitude. They spot a problem area and fixed it. Something that should have totally fixed by the previous A/C company - on time, respectful and genuinely excellent to interact with. The technician took the time to educate me on the issue at hand and provide a novel solution too. Bottom line: they are simply excellent all around!

We have been using Hopkins Air since we moved to Florida 3 years ago and always had a wonderful experience. The technicians are super friendly, very professional and always took good care of us. So recently we decided to replace our old unit, the experience has been 5 stars all the way. The sales rep came in the same day, explain our options, did not try to oversell us anything that we do not need, no pushy, very patient, and even let us get more quotes from others before we made decisions. The technician came in on Saturday because we have young kids and elderly in the house, they made effort to come out as soon as possible, the technicians, Calvin and Kavel came early in the morning, explained their installation process and timeline, finished everything ahead of time, we had AC running early afternoon and it cools the house just like the rep described. The technicians cleaned up the work areas before they leave. We highly recommend give them a try, we have used other companies in the area and they are absolutely our favorite.

John arrived exactly on time today and we found him to be a consummate professional. He could teach the class on excellence in service! Installers Kevin and Karel completed work for our new a/c unit yesterday. My wife and I were extremely impressed with these 2 gentlemen. They arrived on time, worked like trojans and had an attention to detail rarely found with service providers today. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the unit. When replacing the drywall around the air handler, they even painted it prior to putting it up. We would place them both in the category of master craftsmen when it comes to a/c installation. I would encourage all new clients of Hopkins Air that are purchasing new units to request these two to do the job, you can't go wrong. As they neared completion, they loaded all boxes and the old unit onto their truck. Then went around with a vacuum to clean up any dust and debri and left behind a spotless area where they had worked. The new unit worked like a charm and reminded us that air conditioning in south florida is not a luxury, it's a necessity. Perhaps 10 stars is more appropriate for Kevin and Karel. Cudos to Hopkins Air for employing such quality installers !

Excellent customer service! They sent Sophia out immediately to fix an issue with our air conditioning and thermostat and she was amazing! A simple change in the thermostat job turned out to be multiple other problems and she was here for three hours fixing everything! And she did not leave until our air conditioner was working perfectly! By the way, this was with our old air-conditioning system. Hopkins has not yet put in our new air conditioning system due to the fact that we are in the middle of construction and we will wait to put it in. Amazing customer service from the office to the technicians. I would absolutely recommend them!

Donat serviced my units today. I have older units that could be damaged with aggressive cleaning, so he worked with great care to perform the appropriate maintenance to assure the units stayed working well in their current state. As he saw things, he had realtime access to prior inspection photos for good comparative assessment for deterioration. We ran into an unexpected issue, and his communication, troubleshooting and resolution was done professionally and perfectly. Definitely a well satisfied customer again.

A note of THANKS to our friends at Hopkins Air! They saved me previously on an emergency repair when my contractor was days out. Their technician Sophia came for bi-annual maintenance and took her time cleaning things up and helping explain our system. While I was busy working she took pics for their files so they could show me things to be aware of. Sophia is super sharp and explained things so any homeowner could understand. We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours.
