Sophia was great. Since then, every time the other tech comes out, he pushes hard to upsell. Sometimes he’s successful, but most times it’s blatantly obvious. I don’t like that behavior.

The technician Sophia was on time, and very professional. My AC unit was due for maintenance but comes to find out that I need a breaker replacement. She went into details of what services I need to get done to keep my AC system run smoothly. She was very informative, and did a great job. Now, my AC is up and running and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Sophia.

Sophia came out late Friday evening on a rush call for ac compressor not running. She diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement part in place in less than 30 minutes. Also replaced our uv bulbs since she was out here already.

My technician Sophia was fantastic! She took the time to explain to me the issues she found with my unit and answered all my questions and made recommendations.

Excellent customer service! They sent Sophia out immediately to fix an issue with our air conditioning and thermostat and she was amazing! A simple change in the thermostat job turned out to be multiple other problems and she was here for three hours fixing everything! And she did not leave until our air conditioner was working perfectly! By the way, this was with our old air-conditioning system. Hopkins has not yet put in our new air conditioning system due to the fact that we are in the middle of construction and we will wait to put it in. Amazing customer service from the office to the technicians. I would absolutely recommend them!

A note of THANKS to our friends at Hopkins Air! They saved me previously on an emergency repair when my contractor was days out. Their technician Sophia came for bi-annual maintenance and took her time cleaning things up and helping explain our system. While I was busy working she took pics for their files so they could show me things to be aware of. Sophia is super sharp and explained things so any homeowner could understand. Hopkins won a customer for their responsiveness and will keep me for their continued professionalism and customer care. I hope I can request Sophia for all future service!!!

Gaci and Sophia did an excellent job, they cleaned the AC pipes inside and outside the house which were clogged. They provided information about what to expect from the unit and what to do next in a clear way and with details. Very respectful and great customer service. I would recommend them for sure.
