My wife and I have been struggling with her back to back cancer diagnosis for the past 4 years. First breast cancer then myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). It has been an emotional and financial struggle. Chad Hopkins helped us out by getting our A/C serviced for free after letting him know our situation. It was very kind and generous of Chad. We've been with Hopkins for years. I can't say enough about this company and the there staff.

We came home from a trip on Saturday night to find that our main AC unit wasn’t cooling our home. Zach was at our house first thing Sunday morning, quickly identified the problem and answered all of our questions. He found the required part and they’ll have it fixed for us tomorrow morning. Irvine explained details of issues he wanted to draw our attention to- he even took pictures of the unit in the ceiling and seemed eager to run through go the service step by step- telling me what he was doing next. Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. Update… sorry I posted the wrong name for this job. It was in fact Sansone A/C & Plumbing that did a great job replacing my complete AC system. Techs and installers were professional, helpful, efficient and all done in half a day. Cleaned up and was good to go. The office people were great with scheduling the work and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
