They clean the Ac but , I think that maintains was very poor, I was thinking that they clean the out site unit with some type of acid and the inside too but not happen. They check the pressure and the refrigerant, and suction the drain line. Is not to bad for the price, but we hope more.

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Call them for your air conditioning needs!<br>August 5, 2026<br>Ramniez just completed our maintenance visit on our new air conditioner. He is fantastic! Ramniez did such a thorough job and answered all of our questions. Hopkins air conditioning is very efficient and professional. We are so happy we purchased our new air conditioner from them last November. We are new to Forida and they came highly recommended, which is so important for air conditioning here. Overall, excellent installation..Would have given 5 stars except drain was not initially not cleaned properly during new installation and the AC became intermittent soon after new system was turned on. A service person quickly came out and diagnosed the issue as a drain pipe blockage. He did a more thorough job of cleaning the drain pipe. Since then, all is working well.

Wonderful !!! One word to describe Chad/Hopkins Air Conditioning service. Unfortunately my air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday night. Because I have multiple health conditions I called into Hopkins Air on that evening. I got a call back within 20 minutes. On the other end was a man named Chad. He was so polite, calm (the opposite of what I was), reassuring , and knowledgeable. Step by step he asked me questions to help him diagnose the problem over the phone. He then had me do a simple maneuver to the indoor part of my air conditioning unit, and immediately after that it started working. INCREDIBLE !! I don't know of any other company that would have been so patient and knowledgeable to help me out like he did. To top things off, he called me the next morning to see how I was doing, to see how my AC unit was working, and to set me up with an appointment to service my AC unit. Who does this nowadays? THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart Chad/Hopkins Air Conditioning. The world needs more service people like you !!

Would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t show me how the upsell ultraviolet was working or not. They said they installed them but I can’t see the ultraviolet light like the previous system they replaced. I asked and the salesperson was very offended I asked to see it working instead of taking his word. These days once you pay the invoice it seems like you’re dismissed for asking a simple question. But at least the ac is working. Update: Art came to my house for service call and installed a new ultraviolet set up. Art is a great asset to Hopkins and was excellent to work with.

Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.

Gazi was AMAZING. Fully inspected our full system, including the outdoor unit on the roof of my townhouse. He fully serviced the entire unit, alerted me to possible problems with the system and implemented solutions that make me feel confident that the life of our system has been extended as much as possible. He also informed me of the replacement cost down the road so that I may budget accordingly for the future and manage my long term expectations. Best yet, he alerted me to the fact that my UV light was not functioning and, since it was still under warranty and although it was installed by another company, offered to provide a new unit and just charge for installation. This is how a company SHOULD treat new customers. Work with you and not look at us like a piggy bank. I could not be happier with the level of service or courtesy. I highly recommend them. 👍
