But once I explained to him that I wasn't interested in any other services but maintenance, he didn't push anything. But, he still continued to educate me on things that I can do myself and things that I should get a pro for. Miguel was the best technician I ever dealt with. He educated me and walked me through all the issues and solutions. His advice was confirmed by my friend who has an electrical engineering degree. Miguel got the fan working again, thermostat operating as it should again, reduced the excess condensation that was hurting the system and my health. He connected the thermostat directly to the system and installed a UVC light for me. I don't have enough space to write everything else he did for me during the hours he spent here. Finding Hopkins and Miguel was the best decision I made in a long time.
